If your case arrives damaged or with any defects, we’ll replace it for free or give you a refund, no hassle. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. For general returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We ship exclusively within North America. Because our cases are made to order and shipped directly from our partnered manufacturer, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.
Yes. Every order from Enclave Archive comes with full tracking. Once your case is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package during the entire 2–3 week delivery window within North America.
